This section shows how to create and insert a new audio comment into a document, as well as save it for later use.

Mac-users! The Safari browser can not handle this operation. Set Chrome to be browser for this on your Mac. To do this, follow the instructions in this article.
Steps:
1. Highlight the section of text you would like to comment on with an audio comment.
2. Open the audio comment tab.
3. Click on “Start recording”. This will open a browser window with a recorder.
4. Click “Rec” and record your comment.
5. Click on the stop icon.
6. (Only relevant if you want to be able to reuse the audio comment)
Name your recording and tick the “Save recording for future use” checkbox.
7. Click the “Insert” button to insert the comment into the Word document as a link to the audio recording. This will also close the browser tab.
8. If you are on the desktop application, now go back to Word.
9. You can also close the audio browser tab from the add-in, by clicking on the “Close Recording” button. Only use this if you don't want to insert the recording you made.
If you want to reuse a previously recorded audio comment:
1. Highlight the section of text you would like to comment on with an audio comment.
2. Open the audio comment tab.
3. Click on “Browse recordings”. This will open a browser window with a list of the available recordings.
4. Click the “Insert” button to insert the comment into the Word document as a link to the audio recording. This will also close the browser tab.
