The EasyCorrect logo is grey and I can't access the program

EasyCorrect for Docs is enabled and available when you access Google Docs. Make sure to be signed in with your Google Account as well as EasyCorrect account. If you have multiple email accounts you might be logged in to a different one and therefore the logo is grey. You need to be inside Google Docs in order to change your user information, your professional content, etc.
