How to invite your students to Edword

The profile settings allow you to edit your name, upload a profile picture and change your password or email notifications. Click on → your profile picture and on → Profile to make changes to your settings.

Manage course: Add a new student

You can invite a new student to a class with the “invite URL”. Use the → Copy button to copy the invite link and send it to the new student that should join Edword and your class. To secure our system, the invite link expires after 2 weeks. If it did, click on → New to renew the link.

If a new user opens the link, it is important that they click on → sign up to create a new account. Afterwards, they need to fill out their credentials, upload a picture (optional) and choose a password. By clicking on → sign up, they complete the sign-up process and are set to go.
