The Workflow - How to see the progress of your students

The workflow of an assignment provides an overview of your students’ progress on an assignment and indicates where your action is needed.

→ Assignment

You will find a list of all the students in your class here. In addition, you can see if your students have already seen your assignment or not → not opened.

→ Hand-in

Students that have handed in a text will be moved to this section. It is particularly important as it gives you an overview of the amount of work that you have to complete. The number of hand-ins is also reflected by the number shown on the active dashboard.

→ Feedback

Once you have started giving feedback, the students will be moved to Feedback where they will stay until you have sent your feedback to them.

→ Study

Students who have received feedback will be listed under Study. This section will also provide information on the progress of your students. For example, if a student has seen 4 out of 10 comments in the feedback flow, the progress will show 40%.

→ Report

If your students went through the entire feedback flow and saw all your comments, they will be moved to Report. You can now get a detailed report on their study time, grade, number of comments and much more under → Insights.
